Resources

Optional reads, gentle integration, and prompts for reflection.

You don’t need to study anything before a session—your own experience is enough. If you’re curious to explore more (before or after), these are thoughtful places to start.

Books I recommend

(by my mentor, Dr. Linda Backman)

  • The Evolving Soul — how learning, healing, and growth unfold across lifetimes.

  • Souls on Earth — perspectives on soul origins and how they shape life now.

  • Soul Design — understanding your core patterning and purpose.

Also foundational

(by Dr. Michael Newton)

  • Journey of Souls — case studies that introduced many readers to the “life between lives” framework.

Reading is purely optional; come as you are.

Gentle integration

(after a session)

  • Go slow. Keep the day spacious; hydrate, eat lightly, rest.

  • Journal soon. Capture scenes, sensations, phrases, insights.

  • Ground the body. Nature walk, warm shower, bare feet on floor/earth.

  • Re-listen (optional). If you chose a recording, revisit in a week.

  • One small step. Ask: What’s the kindest, tiniest action this insight invites?

  • Be tender with emotions. Waves are normal; breathe low and slow.

  • Sleep on it. Dreams often add a layer in the first 1–3 nights.

  • Boundaries. Avoid big decisions or heated conversations for 24–48 hours if possible.

  • Support. If you work with a therapist/clinician, you’re welcome to share themes for integration in that space.

  • Care note. This work is spiritual/educational and not a substitute for medical or psychological care.

Journaling prompts

After a Past-Life Regression (PLR)

  • What scenes stood out? What emotion or body feeling was strongest?

  • What choice point did I face in that life, and how does it echo now?

  • What gift/strength did I notice? What belief or vow might I soften or release?

  • One compassionate step I can take this week is…

After a Between-Life Regression (BLR)

  • What qualities or lessons were highlighted for my path?

  • What did I sense from guides/companions about next steps?

  • What wants to be released? What wants to be cultivated?

  • Write a gentle orientation statement: Today I align with…

Anytime

  • Noticing synchronicities or dreams—what might they be pointing to?

  • Where can I offer compassion (to myself or another) based on what I learned?

  • A sentence I want to carry into my week is…
